胰腺导管内乳头状黏液性肿瘤诊疗进展 被引量：1

摘要 胰腺导管内乳头状黏液性肿瘤（intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm,IPMN）是一种胰腺囊性肿瘤（pancreatic cystic neoplasm,PCN）,具有一定的恶变潜能。随着腹部CT及MRI的广泛使用,胰腺囊性占位的检出率呈明显上升趋势,同时越来越多的IPMN被发现[1]。如何准确诊断及治疗IPMN是目前临床工作的关注重点.
