含氟低聚壳聚糖对植物生长调节活性及除草活性研究

摘要 采用室内平皿法,以水稻和油菜为对象研究6种含氟低聚壳聚糖对植物生长活性调节作用,以白圆叶苋和狗牙根为对象研究6种含氟低聚壳聚糖的除草活性。结果表明,6种含氟低聚壳聚糖对4种植物的生长活性表现出不同的作用。除了间氟低聚壳聚糖和2,6-二氟低聚壳聚糖的最低质量浓度外,其余所有验组化合物对白圆叶苋和狗牙根存活及生长均表现出了较好抑制作用,6种化合物对水稻和油菜在不同质量浓度时表现出不同程度的促进或抑制作用。2,3-二氟低聚壳聚糖既能有效抑制杂草的生长同时又能促进作物的生长,适合开发有机农药。对氟低聚壳聚糖、2,6-二氟低聚壳聚糖和3,5-二氟低聚壳聚糖具有较好的除草活性,但在促进作物生长方面取决于其质量浓度,可有条件地开发有机农药。 The effects of six kinds of fluorine oligochitosan on plant growth regulation and herbicidal activity were studied by indoor plate method,the objects were rice rape,and amaranthu albus bermudagrass,respectively. The results showed that six kinds of fluorine oligochitosan showed different effects on the growth activities of four kinds of plants. In addition to the lowest concentrations of compound m-fluorine oligochitosan and 2,6-difluoro oligochitosan,all the other compounds of the experiment showed a good inhibitory effect on the survival and growth of amaranthu albus bermudagrass,and the six compounds showed promotion or inhibition effects on rice rape at different concentrations. Compound 2,3-difluoro oligochitosan can effectively inhibit the growth of weeds while promoting crop growth,suitable for the development of organic pesticides.p-fluorine oligochitosan,2,6-difluoro oligochitosan and 3,5-difluoro oligochitosan have good herbicidal activity,but organic pesticides can be developed conditionally depending on their concentration in promoting crop growth.
