麦冬采摘后的干燥工艺是影响其品质的重要因素之一。综述了现有不同干燥工艺对麦冬药物特性的影响,并以此为基础,找出了适用于麦冬干燥的设备和麦冬干燥过程中存在的问题,提出了麦冬干燥设备的发展趋势,为麦冬干燥设备的研制提供参考。

The drying process of Ophiopogon japonicus is one of the important factors that affect its quality. This paper summarized the existing effects of different drying technology on the pharmacological characteristics,and on this basis,to find out the suitable equipment and drying in radix ophiopogon is problems,put forward the development trend of Ophiopogon japonicus drying equipment,provided a reference for the development of radix ophiopogon drying equipment.
