摘要
航材保障是航空兵部队开展日常训练、执行作战任务的重要前提,其效能直接影响着空军武器装备的作战效能。查找相关国军标规定,构建了航材保障效能评估指标体系,通过变异系数法确定指标权重,进而建立了基于集对分析法的评估模型。结合实例分析,验证了该方法的有效性,为进一步提高航空兵场站航材保障效能提供了帮助。
Aviation materiel support is an important premise for aviation troops to carry out routine training and combat tasks. Its efficiency directly affects the combat efficiency of air force weapons and equipments. Looking for relevant national military standard regulations, the evaluation index system of aviation material support efficiency is established.The index weight is determined by the variation coefficient method, and then the evaluation model based on set pair analysis method is es tablished. The effectiveness of this method is verified by combining example analysis, which provides help for further improving the air material support efficiency of aviation station.
