摘要
研制经验和相关文献证明 ,逆变式弧焊电源能够得到广泛使用和顺利发展的关键是其具有高的可靠性。弧焊电源的可靠性指的是功能丧失和技术指标下降的难易程度。为了提高其可靠性 ,必须重视外特性的确定、关键元器件与主要电路的选择和它们之间的适配 ,功率电子器件的使用 ,逆变电路的选定 ,中频变压器的选择 ,以及输入输出电路的选定等。按此原理研制的ZX7系列逆变式直流弧焊电源具有更先进的技术指标和更高的可靠性。
Experience and literature indicate that the key to wild application and rapid development of the inventer arc welding power source is its high reliability. The reliability of arc welding power source is an indication of its capibility to maintain its funtion and technical characteristics. In order to improve its reliability ,high attention shouldbe paid to the selection of external characteristics of the arc welding power source ,the selection of key elements and devices ,the selection of major circuits ,and their combination, the application of power electronic devices, the selection of inverter circuits and middle frequency transformers, and the selechion of input and output circuits, ZX7 series inventer DC arc welding power source developed according to the above principle is endowed with more advanced technical characterisrics and higher reliability.
