汽车减振器流量试验台是为了检测筒式液力减振器的性能而自行研制开发的 ,试验台通过在恒温工况下自动检测流过减振器活塞的油液流量和压力之间的关系 ,来检测减振器的性能。本文简单介绍了汽车减振器流量试验系统的总体结构及工作原理 ,详细介绍了试验台温度控制系统 :制冷及加热系统的结构、工作原理及设计计算 ;
The hydraulic flow test stand is developed to test the automobile's shock absorbers on the performance by measuring the flow\|pressure relationship of the oil passing the piston. This paper briefly introduced the structure and working process of a testing device using the hydraulic system for shock absorbers in automobiles , then, a detailed study on the temperature controlling system applied to this testing device was supplied. This system includes two parts: One is the heating and cooling equipment of which the author tried to analyse the structure the working process and the design ;another part is the temperature controlling system which includes hardware and software systems. Now, this system has been working very well for a long time in Shanghai HuiZhong Automobile Company.
