吸入布地奈德联合口服盐酸丙卡特罗治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的临床效果评价 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨吸入布地奈德联合口服盐酸丙卡特罗治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的临床效果。方法 96例小儿慢性咳嗽患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组采用吸入布地奈德治疗,观察组采用吸入布地奈德联合口服盐酸丙卡特罗治疗,比较两组患儿的临床疗效、咳嗽改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿咳嗽症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组咳嗽症状评分(0.7±0.8)分明显低于对照组的(1.5±0.6)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论吸入布地奈德联合口服盐酸丙卡特罗治疗小儿慢性咳嗽临床效果确切,对咳嗽症状改善彻底,且不良反应轻微,患儿耐受良好,具有积极的临床意义。 0bjective To investigate the clinical effect of inhaled Budesonide combined with oral Procaterol Hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic cough in children. Methods A total of 96 children with chronic cough were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with inhaled Budesonide, the observation group was treated with inhaled Budesonide combined with oral Procaterol Hydrochloride. The clinical efficacy, cough improvement and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%, which was significantly higher than 75.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the cough symptoms score between the two groups before treatment (P〉0.05). After treatment, the cough symptoms score of the observation group was (0.7 ± 0.8) scores, which was significantly lower than (1.5 ± 0.6) scores of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in:the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of inhaled Budesonide combined with oral Procaterol Hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic cough in'children is accurate, the cough symptoms are improved thoroughly, and the adverse reactioa is mild, the children are well tolerated, it has positive clinical significance.
