樟脑酚和氢氧化钙糊剂治疗儿童牙病的临床效果探讨

Clinical effect investigation of Camphor Phenol and Calcium Hydroxide Paste in the treatment of children's dental diseases

目的探讨樟脑酚和氢氧化钙糊剂治疗儿童牙病的临床效果。方法 380例儿童牙病患儿,随机分为对照组(230例)和实验组(150例)。对照组患儿选用樟脑酚进行治疗,实验组患儿采用氢氧化钙糊剂进行治疗,对比分析两组的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果实验组患儿治疗总有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组的76.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率为2.7%,显著低于对照组的12.2%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论和樟脑酚相比较,采用氢氧化钙糊剂来治疗儿童牙病具有临床效果显著,不良反应发生率低等特点,在临床中值得大力推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Camphor Phenol and Calcium Hydroxide Paste in the treatment of children＇ s dental diseases. Metllods A total of 380 children with dental diseases were randomly divided into control group for 230 cases and experimental group for 150 cases. Children in the control group were treated with Camphor Phenol, children in the experimental group were treated with Calcium Hydroxide Paste. The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.3%, which was significantly higher than 76.5% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈O.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 2.7%, which was significantly lower than 12.2% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with Camphor Phenol, the application of Calcium Hydroxide Paste in the treatment of children＇ s dental diseases has remarkable clinical effect and low incidence of adverse reactions. It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
