护理干预对术前留置尿管患者在麻醉复苏期耐受性和导管脱出率的影响观察

Effect observation of nursing intervention on tolerance and catheter removal rate of patients with preoperative indwelling urethral catheter during anaesthesia resuscitation

目的分析护理干预对术前留置尿管患者在麻醉复苏期耐受性和导管脱出率的影响。方法 150例全身麻醉(全麻)患者,按照护理方法不同分为对照组(采用基础护理)和观察组(在对照组基础上采用护理干预),各75例。比较两组患者麻醉复苏期耐受性和导管脱出情况。结果观察组麻醉复苏期恶心、呕吐、呼吸抑制次数少于对照组,Ricker镇静-躁动评分(SAS)低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组导管脱出率为2.67%,显著低于对照组的13.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对术前留置尿管患者采取护理干预措施,有利于提高患者麻醉复苏期耐受性,减少导管脱出率。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on tolerance and catheter removal rate of patients with preoperative indwelling urethral catheter during anaesthesia resuscitation. Methods A total of 150 patients with general anesthesia were divided into control group and observation group according to the different methods of nursing, 75 cases in each group. The control group was given basic nursing, the observation group was given nursing intervention on the basis of control group. The tolerance and catheter removal rate during anaesthesia resuscitation between the two groups were compared. Results The number of nausea, vomiting and respiratory inhibition in the observation group during anaesthesia resuscitation were significantly less than those in the control group, and Ricker sedation-agitation scale （SAS）of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The catheter removal rate of the observation group was 2.67%, which was significantly lower than 13.33% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention measures for patients with preoperative indwelling urethral catheter are helpful to improve their tolerance during anaesthesia resuscitation and reduce catheter removal rate.
