控制制药净化空调机组与系统二次微生物污染的对策分析

Countermeasures for pharmaceutical air cleaning & conditioning units and systems of microbial secondary contamination control

净化空调机组及其系统是保证制药生产过程的一个很重要的环节,但微生物的二次污染可能成为新的隐患。控制生物污染因子是制药净化空调系统的新要求。依据微生物污染的特点,对空调机组材料的选用、功能段的重新设计等一系列问题,提出了控制微生物污染的新对策。

The air cleaning conditioning unit and its system are an important link in the process of pharmaceutical production, but the secondary pollution of microorganism has become a new risk. Controlling biological pollution factors is a new requirement for pharmaceutical air cleaning conditioning unit and its system. A series of measures such as redesigning the function of AHU and new material are adopted, this paper puts forward new countermeasures for controlling microorganism pollution.
