白屈菜红碱聚氰基丙烯酸丁酯纳米粒的制备研究 被引量:3

摘要 以聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯(PBCA)为载体,制备白屈菜红碱(Chelerythrine,Che)PBCA纳米粒(ChePBCA-NP)制剂。采用乳化聚合法制备了Che-PBCA-NP制剂,以包封率为指标,采用单因素试验对Che-PBCANP的制备工艺进行考察。乳化聚合法制备的Che-PBCA-NP工艺为:酸性介质中20%的泊洛沙姆188,50μL的BCA单体和调节p H至5.0,3批工艺验证所得的包封率分别为64.88%、64.54%、65.17%。该制备工艺稳定可行,可用于Che-PBCA-NP的制备。 Objective: To prepare chelerythrine nanoparticle(Che-PBCA-NP) agent with polybutylcyanoacrylate(PBCA) as carrier. Method: Use of emulsion polymerization to prepare Che-PBCA-NP agent. With the entrapment rate as index, the single factor experiments were used to study the preparation process for Che-PBCA-NP. Result: The process of emulsion polymerization preparation of chelerythrine loaded PBCA nanoparticles process was 20% poloxamer188 in acidic medium, 50 μL of BCA and with p H adjusted to 5.0. The encapsulation efficiency was 64.88%, 64.54% and 65.17%by in three batches of processes respectively. Conclusion: The preparation process has been proved as stable and feasible and can be used for preparing chelerythrineloaded PBCA nanoparticles.
