康柏西普与曲安奈德注射治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation of Diabetic Retinopathy Treated by Compacept and Triamcinolone Injection

目的观察康柏西普与曲安奈德注射治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果。方法随机抽取38例本院自2016年7月-2017年10月收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=19)、干预组(n=19),对照组应用曲安奈德注射治疗,干预组给予康柏西普注射治疗,分析两组治疗效果。结果临床指标对比显示干预组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗总有效率对比显示干预组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康柏西普与曲安奈德注射在糖尿病视网膜病变治疗过程中,前者治疗效果高于后者,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of injection of Compaqite and triamcinolone acetonide on diabetic retinopathy. Methods A total of 38 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to October 2017 were randomly selected and divided into a control group（n=19） and an intervention group（n=19） according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide injection, and the intervention group was given Compacept injection, and the effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results The comparison of clinical indicators showed that the intervention group was superior to the control group（P〈0.05）, the comparison of total treatment efficiency showed that the intervention group was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compaquipe and triamcinolone acetonide injection in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy, the former treatment effect is higher than the latter, it is worthy of clinical application.
