嘉陵江典型曲流地质遗迹特征及综合开发--以南充嘉陵江曲流省级地质公园为例

The Geological Relics Feature and Comprehensive Development of Typical Meanders in Jialing River——A Case Study of Jialing River Meander Provincial Geopark in Nanchong

以青居河曲为主体的嘉陵江曲流,在科学研究、科普教育、旅游开发等方面具有较高价值,已建有嘉陵江曲流地质公园,具备国家级地质公园发展潜质。然而其地质遗迹资源价值尚未得以充分体现,公园客源市场乏力。通过SWOT分析对嘉陵江曲流地质遗迹及其地质公园开发条件进行了系统分析。结果表明该公园拥有区位条件、景观类型、美学价值等方面的优势;存在建设投入、特色产品、管理制度的不足;存在周边旅游资源的竞争、分流与屏蔽效应以及曲流自然—人为侵蚀与裁弯取直等威胁,同时拥有生态文明理念与政策支持、日益多元化的旅游需求、不断改善的通达条件等机遇。基于此,提出了推进公园建设与宣传力度、打造特色旅游资源、转变管理模式等策略,以期为公园后期深度开发与建设提供参考依据。

With the eminent Qingju River Meander as the main part, Jialing River Meanders are of high value in sci- entific research, science popularization-education, tourism development and so on. The constructed Jialing River Me- ander Provincial Geopark has the potential to become a national geological park. However, the value of its geological relics resources has not been fully reflected and the tourist market is still weak. In this paper, the SWOT analysis method is used to systematically analyze the geological relics of the Jialing River Meander and the geological park. Results show that although the park enjoys the advantage of locational conditions, landscape type, aesthetic value and so on,it is confronted by the problem of lacking adequate investment, characteristic tourism products and sound management system. It also faces the threat of competition from other tourism resources, the effect of river diversion and blocking, the erosion and curve cut-off caused by humans and so on. However, the concept of ecological civiliza- tion, the policy support, the diversified tourism demand and the continuously improved traffic have brought opportu- nities to its development. Based on this, strategies of accelerating the construction of the park,intensifying propa- ganda work,creating characteristic tourism resources, and transforming management mode are proposed to provide references tot the further development and construction of the park.
