摘要
大岗山水电站2F机组自2016-06-01日转商业运行后,接力器多次发生锁锭发卡现象。通过对接力器的结构、工作原理进行深入分析发现,接力器多次自动锁锭发卡的原因不尽相同,可能是锁锭电磁阀发卡、锁锭座水平偏差、接力器压紧行程变化等原因。在故障检修中,应针对不同的故障原因,对症下药,方能药到病除。
Since the commercial operation of the No. 2 F unit in Dagangshan Hydropower Station,lock spindle jam faults of the servomotor are observed several times. A detailed analysis is carried out on the structure and working principles of the servomotor. It is found that these jam faults are caused by different reasons,such as the jam of the lock spindle electromagnetic valve,horizontal deviation of the lock spindle seat,and variation of the servomotor compression stroke.Thus,different treatment measures should be taken in the maintenance according to different causes to solve the problem completely.
