As a combination of American nature writing and autobiographic writing, American eco-autobiographies employ narrative strategies which embody the principles of ecological philosophy. In so doing the writers integrate the ecological interconnectedness, harmony, and integrity into their autobiographies to achieve the agreement between content and form in the aspects of narrative point of view, narrative language and narrative ethics in their works.
