中国共产党早期的工作重心在于组织工人运动,中共党组织的建设主要集中在城市。随着革命形势的不断发展,党开始重视农村的组织动员工作,把开展农民运动也当作了党的工作内容之一。大革命时期农村在党组织建设上不及城市,加上种种条件的限制,中共在农村的动员工作推行艰难,主要原因是少数党员的松散工作。开展农民动员是早期党员在农村的主要工作,他们以建设共产党在农民心中的形象以及提高工作的认同度为基本方针,从农民协会、宗族家庭以及报纸刊物、标语儿歌等途径进行政治教育及领导。中共在农村的农民动员直接推动了北伐的顺利进军,也为现阶段的乡村振兴战略提供了极其宝贵的经验和启示。

The early work of the CPC focused on organizing the workers＇ movement. The construction of the CPC＇s organization was mainly concentrated in the cities. With the continuous evolution of the revolutionary situation and changes in the Party＇s thinking, the party has begun to attach importance to the mobilization of rural organizations and regard the development of the peasant movement as one of the Party＇s work. During the Great Revolution, rural areas were inferior to cities in the construction of party organizations. In addition to various conditions, the CPC＇ s operation in rural areas was difficult, mainly due to the loose work of minority party members. Launching peasant mobilization is the main task of early party members in rural areas. They used the basic principle of building the image of the CPC in the hearts of peasants and increased the degree of recognition of the work. They conduct political education and leadership from farmers＇ associations, clan families, newspaper publications, and slogans and children＇s songs. The CPC＇s mobilization of rural peasants directly promoted the successful entry of the Northern Expedition, and provided positive and valuable experience and inspiration for the rural vitalization strategy.
