摘要
在分析高职院校开展企业培训的意义和存在问题的基础上,从教师、工作流程、课程和机制四个方面提出高职院校开展企业培训的实施建议。
On the basis of analyzing the significance and existing pro blems of enterprise training in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward four suggestions on enterprise training： teachers, work flow; courses and mechanism.
