自组装式真空实验教学方法探究 被引量:1

摘要 用自组装的方式让学生自己组装真空系统,并且完成真空的获得和测量、定容法测抽速、观察火花检漏仪放电现象等实验内容.由于采用标准的真空接头和配件,学生正确组装均能获得低于5Pa的低真空,而且可使用自组装真空装置连续获得从1个大气压到低真空的状态. The vacuum system was assembled by students,and some experiments were carried out,such as creating and measuring vacuum,testing extraction gas velocity using constant volume method,observing the discharge of spark leak detector,and so on.Using standard vacuum joints and fittings,students could get a low vacuum under 5 Pa after correct assembly,and the self-assembled vacuum system could be used to continuously obtain state from 1 atmosphere to a low vacuum.
