Development of a Practical New Tapping Clamp

卧式镗床在实际加工过程中往往会遇到攻丝的工序，但卧式镗床在进行攻丝加工时螺纹孔往往会出现乱丝、倒丝、甚至丝锥折断超差等各种质量问题。文章根据车间实际生产经验，现设计一种镗床自动攻丝跟刀套来实现卧式镗床自攻丝自动跟刀，通过内外套之间配合即可解决上述问题。

Tapping process is very common in the machining process with horizontal boring machine, but the quality problems often arise, such as sleave, inverted tap, tap break, etc. Based on the production experience, a new boring machine with automatic tapping knife has been designed and the problems mentioned above have been solved.
