高职行业英语教学“线上现场双导师”模式探索

摘要 教育信息化推动着英语教学动态化迁移,从MOOC到SPOC构建了线上与线下融合的混合学习模式。“线上现场双导师”模式对SPOC混合学习模式进行优化,更加有效融合了线上专业知识输入与线下语言产出,契合了高职学情,迎合了行业英语教学诉求。该模式提出线上导师培训与优质教学资源本地化,使SPOC混合教学模式演进成一个稳固的、良性的生态教学循环,推动线上线下学习无缝对接,实现优质课程资源共享与更新,缩小区域教学差距。对于“线上现场双导师”模式的探索可为高职行业英语信息化教学建设提供一条可供参考的路径。 Education informatization advances the dynamic blended learning mode of online and offline integration has transfer of English teaching. From MOOC to SPOC, a been constructed. Online Live Double Tutors Mode, an optimized SPOC learning mode,integrates effectively online professional knowledge input and offline language out- put, which accords with the learning situation in higher vocational colleges and meets the demands of workplace English teaching. This mode puts forward training by online tutors and localizing high quality teaching resources, and makes the SPOC mixed teaching mode develop into a stable and sound ecological teaching cycle, promotes the per- fect integration of online and offline learning, realizes the sharing and renewal of high quality curriculum resources, and narrows the gap of regional teaching. Therefore, exploring Online Live Double Tutors mode will serve as refer- ences for the construction of workplace English informatization teaching in higher vocational colleges.
