立德树人视域下高职院校工会职能发挥的路径探析

Analysis of the Trade Union Functions in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Perspective of Moral Values Education

本文从十九大报告指出的“落实立德树人根本任务”谈起，以立德树人的视域，剖析了高职院校工会围绕立德树人发挥职能的现状和问题，结合陕工职院的实践，提出了高职院校工会推进“立德树人”职能发挥的可行路径，全面系统，有较强的针对性和可操作性。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that it is the basic task to set the moral values and cultivate people. This paper, from the perspective of moral values education, analy- zes the situation and problems in the higher vocational colleges when trade unions give full play their functioning roles in implementing moral education and proposes the ways which are comprehensive and of pertinence and maneuverability.
