On the Effectiveness of Higher Vocational College Counselors＇ Work with Art Education as Carrier

艺术教育对于“立德树人”具有独特而重要的作用，以艺术教育为载体，不断丰富和创新高职院校辅导员工作的方式和方法，对于提升高职学生教育管理工作质量，推进高职辅导员专业化、职业化发展，具有十分重要的现实意义。文章通过研究艺术教育在辅导员工作中的重要载体作用，提出了以艺术教育为栽体提升高职院校辅导员工作成效的实施策略和路径。

Art education plays a unique and important role in moral education, so it is significant to constantly enrich and innovate the college counselors＇working ways with art education as a carrier so as to promote the quality of the education management and advance the development of counselors＂ specialization and professionalization. This pa- per, through analyzing the roles of art education in the counselors＂ work in higher vocational colleges, puts forward the strategies on how improve the effectiveness with art education as the carrier.
