乳酸脱氢酶在无菌性脓疱病中的表达及临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of lactate dehydrogenase in abacterial pustulosis

目的通过测定乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)在泛发型脓疱性银屑病(GPP)和急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病(AGEP)患者血清中的表达水平,探讨其在病情评估中的临床意义。方法采用全自动生化分析仪分别测定51例GPP和32例AGEP患者治疗前、后和34例正常人的血清LDH水平,并比较各组之间的差异。结果未治疗的GPP和AGEP患者血清LDH水平分别明显高于正常人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。相较于GPP,AGEP患者的LDH值升高更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,37例GPP和26例AGEP患者血清LDH值较治疗前均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 LDH的升高在AGEP中表现更为显著,LDH可作为GPP和AGEP的疾病活动程度及疗效评估的指标之一。

Objective To determine the level of lactate dehydrogenase（LDH） and its clinical significance in patients with generalized pustular psoriasis（GPP） and acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis（AGEP）. Methods Serum LDH levels in 51 patients with GPP and 32 patients with AGEP were dynamically measured before and after treatment by automatic biochemical analyzer, and it was also detected in 34 healthy people as control, then the difference between the patients and their cohorts were compared. Results The levels of serum LDH in patients with untreated GPP and AGEP were significantly higher than those in the normal population（P0.01）. Before chemotherapy, the level of serum LDH in AGEP was significant higher than in GPP（P0.05）. After treatment, the level of serum LDH in 37 GPP and 26 AGEP patients was significantly lower than before treatment（P0.05）. Conclusion The elevation of LDH was more significant in AGEP than GPP, and serum level of LDH might be considered as one of the important indicators for disease activity and therapeutic effects of GPP and AGEP.
