摘要
目的了解化妆品消费人群对化妆品使用的认知情况。方法采用问卷调查表的形式,随机调查合肥市1 609名化妆品消费者。结果被调查人群中82.5%的人皮肤存在一种甚至多种皮肤问题。发生过化妆品不良反应的比例为23.5%,不良反应主要表现为:刺痛、瘙痒、红斑三大症状。被调查人群发生化妆品不良反应后仅有30.7%的人及时就医。结论被调查人群对自身皮肤类型认知较好,但对化妆品功效、最优化选择和使用方法,以及对化妆品不良反应的认知、如何防范化妆品产生的不良反应、发生不良反应后的应急措施方面存在较严重认知不足。这些认知不足应引起化妆品消费人群及有关部门重视,同时医院也应积极的开展一些皮肤美容方面的指导和宣传。
Objective To obtain the cognitive status on cosmetics use of consumers. Method A total of 1 609 cosmetic consumers in Hefei City were investigated in the form of a questionnaire. Results There were one or more skin problems in 82.5% of the investigated population. The incidence of cosmetic adverse reactions was 23.5%. The major adverse reactions were tingling, itching, and erythema. Only 30.7% of the respondents who had at least one kind of cosmetic adverse reaction sought medical attention promptly. Conclusion The surveyed population had a better understanding of their skin types, however, there was a serious lack of awareness about the effectiveness of cosmetics, optimization of choices and methods of use, as well as awareness of cosmetics adverse reactions and how to prevent adverse reactions caused by cosmetics. These cognitive deficits should arouse the attentions of the cosmetics consumers and relevant departments. At the same time, the hospital should also carry out some skin cosmetic guidance and publicity actively.
