摘要 目的研究汗管瘤的反射式共聚焦显微镜图像特征,为临床汗管瘤的诊断提供一种无创的、快速的检测方法。方法收集临床表现典型的眼睑型汗管瘤患者,对皮损进行反射式共聚焦显微镜检查,分析其图像特征,并与汗管瘤的组织病理学表现进行对比研究。结果真皮浅、中层扫描可见大小不等圆形、类圆形高折光物质,高折光物质周围有1~2层明暗相间的结构环绕。图像特征与汗管瘤组织病理表现能很好地对应。结论反射式共聚显微镜检查能反映出汗管瘤患者病变皮损的微解剖结构,能为汗管瘤的诊断提供有力的客观依据。 Objective To provide a noninvasive and rapidly diagnosis method for syringoma via using reflectance confocal microscopy(RCM). Methods The clinical typical syringoma patients were included in the study and received RCM examination, then the RCM images and histopathological findings of syringoma were comparatively studied. Results Circular and high-refractive structures with varying size, which were surrounded by alternately bright-dark rings were found in the superficial and middle dermis. The RCM images corresponded well with the skin histopathology changes of syringoma. Conclusion The RCM images reflected the histopathology changes of syringoma well, which may be used as a noninvasive and rapidly diagnosis method for syringoma.
