Research progress of Sweet syndrome

Sweet综合征(Sweet syndrome,SS)又称急性发热性嗜中性皮病,是以发热、疼痛性红色丘疹、斑块或结节,末梢血中性粒细胞升高,组织病理学真皮有密集的中性粒细胞浸润为特征的疾病。近年来,有很多关于SS的报道,临床症状不尽相同,有多系统受累,临床上容易误诊。该文对SS的系统受累方面的研究进展做一综述。

Sweet syndrome, also known as acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis, is characterized by fever, tender erythematous papules, plaques or nodules, elevated peripheral leukocytes and dense neutrophilic infiltration in histopathology. Sweet syndrome is increasingly reported in recent years and the clinical features of Sweet syndrome vary widely and may lead to misdiagnose. The article aims to review multi-organ involvement and other aspects of Sweet syndrome.
