网络环境下产业集群创新生态系统竞争优势形成与演化:基于生态租金视角 被引量:24

摘要 本文从生态租金视角理解网络环境下集群生态系统竞争优势的本质,借鉴相关研究,结合集群创新生态系统中超额利润(生态租金)不同形成来源,将集群创新生态系统中生态租金区分为4类:通过对异质资源的掌握获取李嘉图租金;通过动态创新获取熊彼特租金;通过集群内各主体之间的合作共生获取关系租金;通过形成集群品牌效应获取理查德租金.在分析不同类型生态租金生成机理的基础上,结合集群创新生态系统发展的生命周期不同阶段,揭示不同阶段各类生态租金的演化特点.利用广州市花都区狮岭镇皮具产业集群的现实案例,构建系统动力学模型对产业集群创新生态系统演化过程中生态租金变化的理论认识进行仿真验证. From the perspective of ecological rents,it comprehended the nature of competitive advantages of cluster ecosystems in the network environment. Due to the different sources of super profit( ecological rents) in the innovation ecosystem of industrial clusters,it divided the ecological rents into four categories: Ricardian Rents by mastering heterogeneous resources,Schumpeterian Rents through dynamic innovation,Relationship Rents through cooperation between various entities in the industrial cluster,Richard Rents by forming a cluster branding effect. On the basis of analyzing the mechanism of different ecological rents generation and combining different phases of the life cycle of the development of industrial clusters',innovation ecosystem,it revealed the evolution characteristics of various types of ecological rents in each stages. Then,taking the real case of leather industrial cluster in Shiling Town,Huadu District,Guangzhou,it constructed a system dynamics model to simulate the theoretical cognition of the changes in the ecological rents in the evolution of industrial clusters in the network environment.
