氦氖激光穴位照射治疗急性上呼吸道感染后并发反应性关节炎的临床研究

Clinical Research of Helium Neon Laser Acupoint Irradiation in the Treatment of Reactive Arthritis after Acute Upper Respiratory Infection

摘要 目的观察氦氖激光穴位照射治疗急性上呼吸道感染后并发反应性关节炎的临床疗效。方法收治急性上呼吸道感染后并发反应性关节炎病人68例,其中治疗组33例应用氦氖激光穴位照射联合西药进行15天治疗,对照组35例单独应用西药进行15天治疗。结果治疗组患者的总有效率为93.9%,显著高于对照组患者(74.28%)两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氦氖激光穴位照射治疗急性上呼吸道感染后并发反应性关节炎疗效显著。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of helium neon laser acupoint irradiation in the treatment of reactive arthritis after Acute Upper Respiratory Infection. Methods 68 patients with reactive arthritis after Acute Upper Respiratory Infection were treated,33 cases in treatment group were treated with He Ne laser acupoint irradiation and western medicine for 15 days. 35 cases in the control group were treated by only western medicine for 15 days. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 93. 9% and 74. 28% respectively,and there was a significant difference between the two groups( P〈0. 05). Conclusions He Ne laser acupoint irradiation is effective in the treatment of reactive arthritis after acute upper respiratory infection.
