瓣膜钙化及冠脉钙化积分的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析心脏瓣膜钙化与冠脉钙化积分的相关性。方法将62例循环内科收治的患者作为研究对象的患者按照超声回报是否具有瓣膜钙化的结果分为两组,瓣膜钙化组32例和非瓣膜钙化组30例,两组患者均进行冠状动脉多层螺旋CT(MSCT)扫描,并依据扫描结果对患者的冠脉钙化积分进行计算,比较瓣膜钙化组和非瓣膜钙化组患者的瓣膜钙化积分差别,评价心脏瓣膜钙化与冠脉钙化积分的相关性。结果计算出的冠脉钙化积分显示,瓣膜钙化组显著高于非瓣膜钙化组,比较结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠脉钙化积分与心脏瓣膜钙化呈正相关,如能结合MSCT和超声心动图检查结果,则可以更好的预测冠心病的发生,发展。 Objective To analyze the correlation between cardiac valve calcification and coronary calcification score.Methods The patients were divided into two groups,32 cases of valve calcification group and 30 cases of non valvular calcification group,and two groups of patients underwent coronary artery multi-slice CT( MSCT) scan,and the coronary calcification score of the patients was carried out according to the results of the scan. The differences of valvular calcification score between the valvular calcification group and non valve calcification group were calculated,and the correlation between cardiac valve calcification and coronary calcification score was evaluated. Results The calculated coronary calcification score showed that the valve calcification group was significantly higher than that of the non valvular calcification group,and the results were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusions The coronary calcification score is positively correlated with cardiac valve calcification. If the results of MSCT and echocardiography can be combined,it can better predict the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.
