中药内服联合前列腺灌注治疗慢性前列腺炎临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Prostate Perfusion in treatment of Chronic Prostatitis

目的观察中药内服联合前列腺灌注对慢性前列腺炎的治疗效果。方法 120例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分成3组:中药内服组采用自拟前列腺炎1号方口服。西药治疗组根据前列腺液(EPS)培养结果,选择敏感的抗生素。综合治疗组根据前列腺液细菌培养和药敏结果,选择敏感的抗生素,三腔二囊导管前列腺灌注,同时选择自拟前列腺炎1号方随证加减。3组治疗疗程均为4周,评价治疗前后疗效。结果综合治疗组总有效率均显著高于中药治疗组及西药治疗组(P<0.05)。结论中药内服联合前列腺灌注治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with prostatic perfusion on chronic prostatitis. Methods 120 patients with chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into 3 groups： the traditional Chinese medicine group was taken orally by the self-designed prostatitis. According to the results of prostatic fluid（ EPS）,the western medicine treatment group chose the sensitive antibiotic. According to the results of bacterial culture and drug sensitivity of prostatic fluid,the comprehensive treatment group selected the sensitive antibiotic,the three-cavity and two cyst catheter prostatic perfusion,and the choice of self-prostatitis 1 was added and decreased. All three groups were treated for 4 weeks and evaluated the efficacy before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and the western medicine treatment group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine combined with prostatic perfusion for chronic prostatitis is effective and worth promoting.
