应用坤泰胶囊治疗卵巢储备功能下降和卵巢早衰的临床应用疗效分析

Clinical Application of Kun Tai Capsule in the Treatment of Ovarian Reserve Dysfunction and Premature Ovarian Failure

目的对卵巢储备功能下降和卵巢早衰患者采取坤泰胶囊治疗的效果进行分析及判定。方法选取收治的60例卵巢储备功能下降和卵巢早衰患者作为研究对象,收治时间在2015年2月-2016年1月,将其随机分组为对照组、观察组,各30例,对照组行安宫黄体酮、补佳乐治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上行坤泰胶囊治疗,并将两组患者经相应治疗方案干预的Kupperman症状综合评分、临床效果进行对比。结果观察组卵巢储备功能下降和卵巢早衰患者经治疗的Kupperman症状综合评分为(12.25±3.13)分,总好转率为96.67%,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对卵巢储备功能下降和卵巢早衰患者采取坤泰胶囊治疗的效果显著,可改善患者的卵巢功能,提高临床效果,值得在临床中推广实施。

Objective To analyze and determine the effect of the decline of ovarian reserve function and the effect of Kun Tai Capsule on patients with premature ovarian failure. Methods Select our hospital 60 cases of ovarian reserve function decline and premature ovarian failure patients as the research object,from the time in February 2015 to January2016 period,the basis of envelope type were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each control group,Angong corpus luteum ketone,progynova treatment based on observation Kun Tai capsule group in the control group treatment,and compare the clinical effect of comprehensive score,2 groups of patients after the treatment intervention Kupperman symptoms. Results The Kupperman score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The overall score of the treatment group was 96. 67%（ 12. 25 ± 3. 13）. Conclusions The effect of Kun Tai Capsule on patients with ovarian reserve decline and premature ovarian failure is significant,which can improve ovarian function and improve the clinical effect of patients. It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
