艾迪注射液联合同步放化疗治疗中晚期软组织肉瘤及对患者VEGF水平的影响

Addie Injection Combined with Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy in Treatment of Advanced Soft Tissue Sarcoma and Its Effect on the Level of VEGF

目的观察艾迪注射液联合同步放化疗治疗中晚期软组织肉瘤及对患者血清中VEGF水平的影响。方法选取我院接收诊治为软组织肉瘤的患者40例分为两组,其中对照组采取放化疗治疗方案进行治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上采取艾迪注射液联合进行治疗,比较两组患者近期的临床治疗效果、患者治疗前后VEGF水平变化情况以及患者预后生活质量的变化情况。结果治疗后,研究组的总缓解率显著高于对照组,两组差异具有可比性(<0.05);两组血清VEGF水平均有明显下降,研究组下降程度明显高于对照组(<0.05);两组生活质量均有改善,研究组社会功能、躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能优于对照组(<0.05);研究组疼痛评分明显低于对照组,两组差异有可比性(<0.05)。结论艾迪注射液联合同步放化方案在治疗软组织肉瘤患者后有较好的疗效,能够有效地降低患者血清中VEGF水平以及提高患者生活质量,值得推广使用。

Objective To observe the effect of Addie injection combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in treatment of advanced soft tissue sarcoma and the level of VEGF in serum. Methods 40 cases of patients with soft tissue sarcoma were randomly divided into observation group and control group,20 cases in each group;control group received chemotherapy treatment,observation group received Addie injection on the basis of control group,the recent VEGF changes and changes in the quality of life of patients prognosis were compared before and after treatment. Results The total remission rate in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）;serum VEGF levels in both groups were significantly decreased,observation group decreased significantly obviously than that of control group（P〈0.05）;The quality of life in both groups was improved after treatment. The social function,body function,role function and cognitive function of the study group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）.The VAS score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group after a period of treatment,and the difference was comparable in the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Addie injection combined with synchronous radiotherapy has better efficiency in treatment of soft tissue sarcoma.It can effectively reduce the level of VEGF in serum and enhance the quality of life of patients. It is worth popularizing.
