姜黄挥发油成分气相指纹图谱研究 被引量:2

Study on Volatile Fingerprinting of Volatile Oil from Curcumae longae Rhizoma

摘要 目的建立姜黄挥发油成分气相指纹图谱,为控制姜黄的质量提供科学依据。方法采用气相色谱法,Elite-WAX ETR(0.25μm×0.25mm×30m)柱;程序升温:初始温度40℃,以7℃/min升至130℃,再以10℃/min升至200℃,保持15min;载气为高纯氮气(≥99.999%),载气流量2.0Ml/min;分流比为10∶1,检测器:FID,检测器温度:280℃,进样口温度:250℃。结果分析10个批次的姜黄样品后,得到18个共有峰,建立了姜黄挥发油成分气相指纹图谱,且各批次样品相似度均在0.90以上。结论建立了姜黄挥发油成分气相指纹图谱,该方法简单可靠,安全易行,可为姜黄整体质量评价提供依据。 Objective To establish a gas chromatographic fingerprint of volatile oil components and provide scientific basis for controlling the quality of Curcumae longae Rhizoma. Methods Gas chromatography,Elite-WAX ETR(0.25μm× 0.25 mm×30 m) column was used;program temperature: the initial temperature was 40℃,with 7℃/min rose to 130℃,then10℃/min rose to 200℃ for 15 min;carrier gas was high purity nitrogen(≥99.999%),carrier gas flow rate was 2.0 m L/min;split ratio was 10∶1,detector:FID,detector temperature:280℃,inlet temperature: 250℃. Results After 10 batches of turmeric samples were analyzed,18 common peaks were obtained. The gas chromatographic fingerprints of volatile oil components of Curcumae longae Rhizoma were established,and the similarity of each batch of samples was above 0.90. Conclusion The gas chromatographic fingerprint of volatile oil from Curcumae longae Rhizoma has been established. The method is simple,reliable and safe. It can provide a basis for the overall quality evaluation of Curcumae longae Rhizoma.
