摘要
饮食失宜是引起脑中风的重要致病因素,及时的饮食干预对预防脑中风发病和中风后的康复都有着积极的作用。中风患者中医饮食调护当注意未病先防,从饮食、情志等多个方面调护;中风已发则要根据不同时期的症状采取辨证施护。
Improper diet is an important pathogenic factor caused by stroke,diet intervention timely to prevent disease and stroke after stroke rehabilitation plays an important role. Stroke patients should pay attention to the prevention of disease before taking preventive measures,and take care of them from many aspects such as diet,emotion and so on. Nursing with syndrome differentiation should be taken if the stroke has happened.
