湿热病通阳法是湿热类疾病的一种重要的治法。湿热病的临床特点是湿遏热伏,湿遏清阳,困阻气机,湿热病通阳法蕴含了中医治疗八法中除吐法以外的汗、下、和、温、清、消、补七法,是通过化湿、行气、温振、柔润以及调和阴阳等方法达到祛湿通阳退热的目的。列举2个医案说明湿热病通阳法临床应用。

The activating yang principle is an important method for the treatment in damp heat diseases. The clinical characteristics of the damp heat diseases are wet curbing hot,wet resistance lucid yang and wet obstacle the qi movement. The activating yang principle include the eight methods of Chinese medicine treats except vomiting method. The activating yang principle in the damp heat diseases is by dissipating dampness,promoting qi,warming yang and harmonizing the yin and yang to dispel wet and heat. Two medical cases are cited to illustrate the clinical application of the method of activating yang of damp heat.
