不同温度内热针治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Internal Hot Needle Therapy for Ankylosing Spondylitis at Different Temperatures

目的观察内热针治疗强直性脊柱炎的最佳温度。方法将60名强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为低温组、中温组与高温组,每组各20例。各组患者均采用内热针治疗,分别运用42℃、45℃、50℃三种不同温度内热针,观察各组临床疗效、关节僵硬评分与关节疼痛评分的差异,然后确定内热针治疗强直性脊柱炎的最佳温度。结果低温组、中温组与高温组总有效率分别为70%,90%,80%。低温组、中温组与高温组疗效差异无明显统计学意义(>0.05)。三组患者治疗后关节僵硬评分与关节疼痛评分均下降(<0.05),且与低温组比较,中温组、高温积分下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。与高温治疗后比较,中温组下降更明显,差异有显著统计学意义(<0.05)。结论内热针治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效确切,且将45℃作为治疗强直性脊柱炎的首选温度。

Objective To observe the best temperature of internal heat needles in treatment of ankylosing spondylitis（AS）. Methods 60 cases of patients with AS were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,20 cases in each group.All the three groups were treated with internal heat acupuncture at 42℃,45℃,50℃ respectively. The differences of clinical efficacy,joint stiffness score and joint pain score were observed,and the best temperature for the treatment of AS was determined.Results The total effective rates of group A,group B and group C were 70%,90% and 80% respectively. There was no significant difference in the curative effect between the three groups（P〉0.05）. The scores of joint stiffness and joint pain in the three groups were all decreased（P〈0.05）,compared with the group A,the scores of group B and group C were more obvious,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Compared with group C,the decrease of group B was more obvious,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Internal heat needle is effective in treatment of AS,and45℃ is the best temperature.
