下肢静脉曲张分级的中西医结合治疗体会

Experience in Integrated Chinese-western Therapy in Treatment of Varicose Veins of Lower Extremity

目的探讨下肢静脉曲张的分级方案及选择合适的治疗方法。方法 120例大隐静脉曲张患者随机分成中西医结合治疗组和对照组,分别设置单纯静脉曲张组、皮肤改变组和溃疡组3亚组,两组分别给予注射泡沫硬化剂,大隐静脉高位结扎联合静脉腔内激光(EVLT)术,中西医结合治疗组于术后辅以自拟中药方剂外敷方式治疗。结果中西医结合治疗组总有效率,踝围的缩小程度、溃疡面积的变化与对照组比较有显著的差异(<0.05,<0.01)。结论下肢静脉曲张采取分级中西医结合治疗比单一手术治疗效果显著,根据病情的发展选择合适的治疗方案,可减轻病人的痛苦,减少复发。

Objective To discuss the classification of varicose vein of lower extremities and choose appropriate treatment.Methods 120 cases of patients with large saphenous vein were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group was divided into 3 sub-groups： simple varicose vein group,skin change group and ulcer group. Both groups were treated with foam sclerosing injection,high ligation of great saphenous vein combined with EVLT,treatment group received external application of self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription. Results The degree of ankle circumference and ulcer area in treatment group were significantly different from those in control group（P〈0.05,P〈 0.01）. Conclusion The treatment of varicose veins of lower extremity by integrated Chinese-western therapy is more effective than single operation treatment. It is the appropriate treatment plan based on the development of the disease,which can reduce the pain and the recurrence.
