针灸对腹部围手术期患者肠功能恢复的疗效观察

Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Recovery of Intestinal Function in Abdominal Perioperative Patients

目的观察针灸对腹部围手术期患者肠功能恢复的疗效。方法选取我院收治的腹部围手术期患者60例,依据护理方法将这些患者分为围手术期常规护理组和围手术期常规护理基础上针灸治疗组,两组各30例,对两组患者的临床症状总分、临床疗效进行统计分析。结果治疗后,和常规护理组相比,针灸治疗组患者的临床症状总分显著较低(P<0.05);和治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者的临床症状总分均显著降低(P<0.05);针灸治疗组患者中痊愈2例,显效10例,好转17例,治疗的总有效率为96.7%(29/30),常规护理组患者中痊愈1例,显效6例,好转12例,治疗的总有效率为63.3%(19/30),针灸治疗组患者治疗的总有效率显著高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论针灸对腹部围手术期患者肠功能恢复的疗效显著。

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on the recovery of intestinal function in patients undergoing abdominal surgery. Methods 60 cases of patients with abdominal perioperative were randomly divided into perioperative routine nursing group,perioperative acupuncture treatment group,30 cases in each group. The clinical symptoms scores,clinical efficacies of the two groups were analyzed. Results After treatment,the total score of clinical symptoms in acupuncture group was significantly lower than that in routine nursing group（P〈0.05）. Compared with those before treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms in both groups were significantly lower after treatment（P〈0.05）. 2 cases cured in acupuncture treatment group,markedly effective in 10 cases,improved in 17 cases,the total effective rate was 96.7%（29/30）;1 case recovered in routine nursing group,markedly effective in 6 cases,improved in 12 cases,the total effective rate was 63.3%（19/30）. The total effective rate of acupuncture group was significantly higher than that of routine nursing group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture has a significant effect on the recovery of intestinal function in patients undergoing perioperative abdominal surgery.
