中医干预治疗对剖宫产术后疼痛的影响

Effect of TCM Intervention on Pain after Cesarean Section

目的观察中医干预治疗对剖宫产术后疼痛的影响。方法纳入72例剖宫产术后产妇,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组各36例。试验组实施艾灸结合耳穴贴压治疗,对照组主要围绕疼痛护理展开干预。以上方法连续实施3d后评定疗效。结果两组临床疗效比较,试验组总有效率为94.44%,对照组为77.78%,有显著性差异(<0.05);治疗后,两组NRS疼痛评分均下降,与治疗前比较,有显著性差异(<0.05);试验组NRS疼痛评分下降更为明显,显著优于对照组(<0.05)。结论艾灸结合耳穴贴压能有效改善剖宫产产妇的术后疼痛,疗效确切,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） intervention on pain after cesarean section. Methods 72 cases of patients with cesarean section postpartum were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,36 cases in each group. Experimental group was treated with moxibustion combined with auricular acupressing,control group received pain care,the curative effect was evaluated after 3 consecutive days of treatment. Results The total effective rate was 94.44% in treatment group and 77.78% in control group with significant difference（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the pain scores of the two groups were both decreased,there was significant difference compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）;the NRS pain score in treatment group decreased more significantly than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of moxibustion and ear auricular pressing can effectively improve the postoperative pain of cesarean section mothers. The curative effect is definite and it is worthy of clinical application.
