摘要
针对几何拓扑关系确定的铰接杆系结构,如何进行杆件的截面配置使结构在材料用量相同的情况下刚度最大的问题,提出了铰接杆系结构刚度最大的等应力截面配置原理.该原理表明,对于几何拓扑关系已确定的铰接杆系结构,使各杆件都同步达到某一应力时的杆件截面配置方案,是在材料用量相同情况下结构各种可能的截面配置方案中使结构刚度最大的截面配置方案.根据虚功原理,证明了相同荷载作用下杆系结构按等应力原则配置的方案在各种可能的截面配置方案中应变能最小,进而得出了前述原理.通过静定两杆桁架和超静定空间网架结构算例对上述原理进行了验证,结果表明该原理是正确有效的.
Aiming to solve the problem of sizing the optimal section area of members in truss structures to maximize the structural stiffness,the maximum stiffness principle of truss structures sized with equal stress criterion is proposed.The principle shows that the design scheme of truss structures with equal stress is the one that makes the structural stiffness maximum.According to the principle of virtual work,it is proved in this paper that the strain energy of the scheme of the truss structures sized with equal stress criterion is minimum in all possible schemes under the same load,and the maximum stiffness theory of truss structures designed with equal stress criterion is obtained.It is shown by two samples,including a simple two-bar truss and a spatial grid structure,that the principle is right and effective.
