General practitioners are ＂gatekeepers＂ of health of residents and also the new force of grassroots health personnel.A talent team of general practitioners with sufficient numbers,exquisite skills and excellent quality can effectively solve the problem of ＂poor access and high fees of seeing doctors＂ and actively boost new medical reform of China.The development of general medicine and training of the general practitioners have very important significance to the national health development,and long-distance education of general practitioners has been becoming critical but faces some problems.Compared with the global scale,police training growth will be faster than the global average growth rate,and Shanghai will usher in the rapid expansion of police training in the next few years.In new times,police training should grasp the essence of police work and concentrate on crucial points of information to make innovations of the smart policing.
