Controlling Principles of Green Building Design Process

在分析目前绿色建筑设计中主体控制缺位现象的基础上,提出在过程的视角下考察设计主体实践路径的思路。通过对典型建筑案例的对比分析,归纳了生态理性的权衡逻辑、因地制宜的策略生成、同步推进的协同模式以及被动优先的技术选择等绿色建筑设计过程的基本控制原则。

Based on the analysis of the absence of architects＇ affects in green building design, this paper emphasizes the idea of considering the design practice with a process perspective. Through a comparative analysis of typical cases, it summarizes the four basic principles of green building design process controlling, such as instance of ecological ration logic, tactics development according to local conditions, synchronous cooperation and passive-prieritized technology selection.
