不同时期既有住宅围护结构性能特征研究

Study on the Performance Characteristics of Residential Building Envelop in Different Periods

随着我国既有住宅改造投入力度的不断加大,渐渐出现了改造对象选择缺乏根据、不同年代建筑改造方法单一等问题。本研究梳理了不同时期国家标准中对典型既有砖混住宅建筑围护结构设计性能要求,并查阅太原、大连两地历年住宅施工图纸,对1970年代至今的典型住宅围护结构性能进行总结,形成普适性的围护结构时代性能特征的判断,为提高改造对象选择针对性及制定个性化改造方案奠定基础。

In recent years, along with the increasing renovation investment of China＇s existing residential buildings, problems have gradually emerged, such as lack of selection criteria and do all with a single method. Based on design standards and actual project, this paper probes into the performance characteristics of typical masonry structure residential building envelop, in different periods. According to this, it can improve the accuracy of renovation objects selection and formulate individualized renovation programs.
