摘要 长春市最具代表性的两大商业中心重庆路商业中心和红旗街商业中心经过长期的规划建设,前者成为长春最具代表性的商业名片,而后者是最具潜力的商业中心。文章基于GIS通过量化手段对比研究重庆路商业中心和红旗街商业中心的空间布局和内在机制,进而剖析业态演进和空间转型的影响因素,从而给予规划部门对商业中心改造建设的可实施性措施和建议。 After the long-term planning and construction of Chongqing Road Commercial Center and Hongqi Street Commercial Center, two of the most representative commercial centers in Changchun City, the former has become the most representative business card in Changchun, and the latter is the most potential commercial center. Based on GIS, this paper compared the spatial layout and internal mechanism of Chongqing Road Commercial Center and Hongqi Street Commercial Center by quantitative means, and then analyzed the possible trends of format evolution and space transformation, thus giving the planning department the feasibility measures and recommendations for the transformation and construction of the commercial center.
