Optimization Strategies for Organizations in the Management of Underground Space Development and Utilization——A Case Study of N City

文章回顾了N市地下空间开发利用管理组织机构调整的历程,分析了因此而产生的组织机构间和组织机构内部的问题,并提出了建立议事协调机构、完善主管部门内设机构职能、落实事业单位具体工作、优化项目审批流程等优化策略。

This article reviews the progress of the restructuring of organizations in the management of underground space in N City, analyzes the problems in the same organization or between the organizations caused by it. Finally, the article proposes the optimization strategies in aspect of establishing coordinating agency, accomplishing the functions of internal tissues of the department in charge, implementing the specific work of public institution and optimizing the process of project approval.
