循环经济视角下星云湖流域景观生态修复研究 被引量:2

Landscape Ecology Restoration of Watershed in Xingyun Lake from the Perspective of Circular Economy

摘要 循环经济是为实现区域经济发展和环境保护"双赢"而提出的一项理论。根据星云湖流域的场地条件、点源、面源污染根源和景观生态特性,运用景观生态修复技术,以"旅游+"的融合发展理念结合市场需求,引入循环经济发展模式,构建以景观生态修复、"四位一体"生态农业、环湖截污湿地系统及湿地植物生态保护屏障等资源保护与开发相结合的综合生态系统,在整个星云湖流域内运用顶端控制和底端治理相结合的景观生态格局修复策略,控制星云湖流域农业面源、点源污染,提高星云湖流域的生态旅游价值,恢复星云湖流域的生态修复功能,实现生态环境保护与区域经济的可持续发展。 Circular economy is put forward to achieve "win-win"for regional economic development and environmental protection. Based on the site conditions,point source,non-point source pollution and landscape ecological characteristics of the Xingyun Lake Watershed,this paper uses the landscape ecological restoration technology,combines the development concept of "tourism + "with the market demand,introduces the development model of circular economy,and constructs a comprehensive landscape ecosystem.This ecosystem is a system of resources protection and development involving landscape ecological restoration,"four-in-one"eco-agriculture,lake-level interception wetland system and wetland plant ecological protection barrier. It focuses on the ecological pattern strategy of combining top control with bottom governance across the whole area of Xingyun Lake Watershed to control the agricultural point source pollution and non-point source pollution,thus improving the ecotourism value in this area,recovering its ecological restoration function,and achieving the sustainable development of ecological environment protection and regional economy.
