Evaluation of the Internationalization Development of Chinese Strategic Marine Emerging Industries

在狭义和广义两种视角下界定了战略性新兴海洋产业国际化的内涵,并从产业国际化支撑、技术创新国际化条件和产品及企业国际化三个方面构建中国战略性新兴海洋产业国际化评价指标体系。然后运用因子分析评估了我国沿海地区战略性新兴海洋产业国际化水平及区域差异。结果表明：产业生产国际化及基础是我国战略性新兴海洋产业国际化的核心。绝大部分沿海地区战略性新兴海洋产业国际化竞争力较低且提升缓慢。我国战略性新兴海洋产业国际化存在明显的区域差异,长三角地区战略性新兴海洋产业国际化整体水平较高且相对均衡,而环渤海地区整体水平较低,泛珠三角地区两极分化严重。

The paper defines the connotation of the internationalization of the strategic emerging marine industry under the narrow and broad perspectives, and constructs the strategic new development of China from three aspects： The internationalization of industries, the internationalization of technological innovation and the internationalization of products and enterprises, and internationalization index system of marine industry. Then, the internationalization level and regional differences of strategic emerging marine industries in coastal areas of China are evaluated by factor analysis. The results show that the internationalization of industrial production and its foundation are the core part of the internationalization of China＇s strategic marine emerging industries. In most coastal areas, strategic marine emerging industries have lower international competitiveness and slow progress. There are obvious regional differences in internationalization of strategic marine emerging industries in China. The internationalization of strategic emerging marine industries in the Yangtze River Delta is relatively high and relatively balanced. However, the overall level in the Bohai Rim is rather low, and the polarization of the Pan-Pearl River Delta region is serious.
