摘要
交流电炉炼钢由于生产效率高和技术经济效果好的特点,使其在世界电炉炼钢工业中始终占据着规模和发展的主导地位,随着炼钢电炉冶炼功率普遍提高到超高功率,交流炼钢用石墨电极冶炼条件变得更加苛刻,三相电极载荷及炉内热区分布的不平衡成为石墨电极非连续消耗和异常断裂损失的重要因素。三相平衡在线监测技术的应用,旨在实时掌握交流电炉炼钢生产过程的动态情况,对交流炼钢电炉电弧功率偏离和三相平衡调整提供有效的技术依据,以便电极生产企业针对性地改善UHP石墨电极的质量,同时建立UHP石墨电极应用方面的量化技术支持手段并有效减少炼钢异常损耗。
Because of the high production efficiency and excellent economic benefit, steel-making with alternating current(AC)electric furnace has always dominated the world electric furnace steel-making industry in terms of production scale and development.As the smelting power of electric furnace has generally been upgraded to ultra-high power, the steel-making environment for ultrahigh power(UHP) graphite electrodes used in AC electric furnace has become increasingly harsh, and the imbalance of electrode load and heat distribution in the furnace among the three phases has become a major factor for the discontinuous consumption and abnormal breakage of graphite electrode. The application of the online monitoring technology is introduced in this paper, which is aimed at keeping an up-to-date record of the dynamic steel-making process in AC electric furnace, and forming an effective technological basis for adjusting the arc power deviations and three-phase imbalance. It can also target at improving the performance and application of graphite electrodes, and establish quantitative technical support for the application of UHP of graphite electrodes and effectively reduce its abnormal loss in steel-making at the same time.
