摘要
以冷榨红桔油为研究对象,采用硅胶柱层析法对红桔油中的挥发性组分进行分离,分离所得组分采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行分析鉴定。结果表明,正戊烷洗脱液中的主要挥发性成分(相对质量分数)为d-苧烯(90.56%)、月桂烯(3.50%)、α-蒎烯(1.64%)、邻-伞花烃(1.49%)、β-水芹烯(1.13%)等,均为萜烯类化合物;乙醚洗脱液中的主要成分为芳樟醇(9.34%)、顺式-氧化柠檬烯(6.92%)、8-对-薄荷烯-1,2-二醇(6.34%)、反式-氧化柠檬烯(5.59%)、癸醛(4.78%)、N-邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯(4.10%)、辛醛(3.82%)等,均为含氧化合物。红桔油中的萜烯与含氧化合物组分得到了有效分离。
Silica gel chromatography was employed to separate volatile components in tangerine oil, and the obtained eluent was analyzed by GC-MS. The main components(mass ratio) in pentane eluent were d-limonene(90.56%), myrcene(3.50%), alpha-pinene(1.64%), o-cymene(1.49%) and beta-phellandrene(1.13%),they were all terpenes, and main components(mass ratio) in ethyl ether eluent were linalool(9.34%), cis-limonene oxide(6.92%), 8-p-menthene-1,2-diol(6.34%), trans-limonene oxide(5.59%), decanal(4.78%), methyl N-methylanthranilate(4.10%) and octanal(3.82%), they were all oxygenates. Terpenes and oxygenates in tangerine oil were separated effectively.
