分子蒸馏分离树苔浸膏有效组分条件的响应面法优化 被引量:3

Optimizing Conditions for Separating Active Components in Treemoss Concrete by Molecular Distillation Using Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以树苔浸膏为原料,构成其典型苔清香香气风格特征的有效组分相对含量为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,应用Box-Behnken中心组合设计试验,对分子蒸馏的系统压力、蒸馏温度和转子转速3个工艺参数进行了优化。结果表明,分子蒸馏分离树苔浸膏有效组分最佳的工艺条件为系统压力4.5 Pa、蒸馏温度73℃、转子转速210 r/min。在此条件下,有效组分含量(相对质量分数)为18.3752%,与预测值接近,说明模型拟合良好,该优化工艺合理可行。 Based on single-factor experiments, the effects of parameters of distillation pressure, distillation temperature and rotation speed on the contents of active components considered as the key typical moss aroma in the fraction of treemoss concrete were explored and optimized with the Box-Behnken central composite design method. The results showed that the optimal conditions were distillation pressure 4.5 Pa, distillation temperature 73 ℃ and rotation speed 210 r/min. Under these conditions, the experimental relative mass content of active components was 18.3752%,which was well matched with the value predicted by the developed model. This meant that the response surface methodology could be used for optimizing separation process of active components in treemoss concrete with good applicability and feasibility.
